Tony Lee, Associate
Tony worked as Principal/ Deputy Principal for twenty years both in the ETB and Voluntary sectors. He was national vice president of the JMB from 2012 to 2015. During this time, he lead the review of the management structures in post-primary schools. This involved negotiations with the management bodies and the DES. These negotiations resulted in the provision of extra Deputy Principal posts and the new post of responsibility structure.
Since 2016 Tony has worked as the Governance and Leadership Development officer for the Le Chéile Schools Trust. As part of this role he lead a leadership team development initiative for nineteen schools, over three years. He also lead the development of Le Chéile Secondary School in Ballincollig. This is a new school that opened in 2021 under the Patronage of Le Chéile Schools Trust.
