Schools at different times in their story benefit from an external resource to navigate a particular challenge – be it strategic planning, culture review, change process or difficult conflict scenarios.

Facilitation is that process of discerning what is needed to address the challenge, designing the appropriate intervention and then effectively delivering that intervention.
